Four subseries that capture the scope of Briscoe's presidency outside of his dealings with Siebens. The Business and Liberal Arts subseries contains Briscoe's correspondence with captains of industry about the need for liberal arts majors in business. The Board of Trustees subseries contains files on individual trustees and Briscoe's interactions with them; the Subject Files subseries contains a wide range of topics and includes correspondence and other documents. The Printed Matter subseries subsists of articles that Briscoe collected where BV is mentioned.
