Content Description
Twenty colored, enlarged photographs of various women's "houses" in Swope. Believed to have been taken during the 1980s. A few photographs are dated and House members are identified, but most are not. Some House names that can be identified include Athena, Aurora, Morlan, Olympia, Presly, Sunny, and Victoria.

Historical Note
In 1970 or 1971, students began to name the wings of the various floors in Swope Hall. Initially names were picked from musicals, and later, Greek names were used. Over time, other names were added. Some of the earliest names were Athena, Aurora, Discordia, Echo, Morlan, Olympia, Presly, and Victoria.
